If you are not 100% satisfied with our Q3 / Q3i storage hardware after you purchase it, we will gladly take it back and refund your money during the first 90 days after installation.
Technology Guarantee
Everyone's environment changes from time to time, so with the Q3 we offer a unique technology guarantee. If your environment changes and you can no longer make use of the Q3 encryption hardware, we will allow you to trade the unit in for a Q3 secure data storage product which will work and receive a refund of the purchase price** against the replacement provided the Q3 is kept under maintenance.
